Women and Children’s Horizons in conjunction with Holiday House collects gently used winter jackets/coats, gloves, mittens, hats, scarves, boots, and snow pants. Items are distributed to Kenosha families. Collection for the 2013 Winter Wraps distribution will being in August of 2013.
